Each apartment is self-catering and available with a private, outdoor area with chairs and tables, and a personal barbecue to eat, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view.

Virginia (2 persons)
On the first floor of the manor house, the apartment is composed of a little kitchen, wardrobe, lumber-room, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with view of the countryside and of the swimming pool. Outside, protected by an olenader hedge, there is a private space equipped with barbecue, table, chairs, armchairs and sunshade parasol.

Rita (2 persons)
On the ground floor of the manor house, the apartment is composed of a sitting-dining room, kitchenette, double bedroom, little bathroom with shower. Outside, between the olive trees, there is a private space equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs from where you can enjoy the wonderful view of San Gimignano. On request we can separate the beds.

Maria (2 persons)
On the ground floor of the manor house, the apartment is composed of a sitting-dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment overlooks a private open gallery equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs.

Cecilia (2/4 persons)
On the ground floor of the manor house, the apartment is composed of a sitting-dining room with kitchenette and sofa that, if necessary can be transformed in a large bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment overlooks a private open gallery equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs. On request we can separate the beds.

Villino La Quercia (2/4 persons)
Little independent cottage situated under the shade of a big oak with a wide terrace that overlooks the countryside and equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs. The interior is composed of a bathroom with shower, a living-dining area with kitchenette and satellite tv that is in communication with a double bedroom. The sofa-bed in the living room, if necessary can be transformed in a large bed. From the bedroom and from the bathroom you can enjoy a direct view of San Gimignano.

Villa Alice (4/6 persons)
Independent cottage composed of a living-dining room,with sofa that can be transformed in a large bed, kitchenette, one double bedroom, with bathroom and shower, one double bedroom (Large bed) with an arm chair that can be transformed in a single bed, bathroom with shower. One third bathroom is available for guest sleeping in the sofa-bed of the sitting-room. From the kitchenette, from one double bedroom and its bathroom you can see San Gimignano. The living room and the kitchenette overlook a private open space, in the shade of a medlar, equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and barbecue from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on San Gimignano.
