Aia del Tufo, Eighteen-century farm recently renovated in the typical Maremmano style, hidden in the silence and the beauty of a particularly wild and fascinating nature.

Its farmland, thirty hectares, is cultivated with respect for nature and the environment and provides us with the ingredients for the healthy and delicious dishes we prepare (vegetable soup, home made pasta with wild boar sauce, lamb and wild boar stew).

The warm and friendly welcome of the owners bring back the atmosphere and hospitality of the past.

The principal characteristic of our farm is sheep breeding (we have about 120).
