Le Pòggiola is a small farm (70 acres) of vineyards and olive groves situated on the sunny slopes of Montalbano in the Valdinievole Valley. Today the farm is occupied and managed by its current owners, the Barsi family. Le Pòggiola is an ideal place for relaxing both mind and body, yet with its location in central Tuscany and easy access to main roads (only 4km from the autostrada A11) it is also ideal for those who want to explore further afield in Tuscany. In just a moment, you can depart this oasis of green for the open roads that lead from the autostrada exit at Montecatini Terme. Wine and olive oil tasting of are available on demand and Le Poggiola's owners are happy to share their knowledge of their home produced products. Just above the vineyards is a little lake and a pool with a beautiful view of the valdinievole valley, where guests can walk or relax and picnic. We offer also fly fishing, archery, table tennis and shiatsu massage. We organize cooking classes, painting courses, daily-guided tours all over Tuscany. The house is surrounded with beautiful gardens where you can simply relax and enjoy the countryside.
