Castelluccio is an ancient homestead built in local stone, situated at 650 mt. in the green Val Cerfone hills, in the small town of Badia San Veriano.
Staying in this farm is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in the quiet and harmonious surrounding at nature.

At Badia San Veriano there is a beautiful church dating back to the X° century A.D. The geographic position, its apsidal structur and the crypt make this church a place full of charm.
In the surrounding areas many historical finds have been found; they attest the human presence since the prehistoric times. Moreover, in 1972 some Etruscan materials have been discovered.

From here we can easily reach many famous art centers like Arezzo, Perugia, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Firenze, Siena e Roma, not to mention spiritual centers such as Assisi, Camaldoli, La Verna.

Internal activities:
At the farmhouse there is a large private swimming pool and we are making gardens all around the pool and homestead. In 2002 a private parking lot and a kitchen garden (for the exclusive use of our guests) will be ready.
Our guests can take beautiful walks in wide unasphalted road to reach many charming places.
