"La Ginepraia" è is a 180Ha wide estate formed around five country huts. We already concluded the reconstruction of two of those, happily succeeding in maiteining their ancient style and atmosphere so that they can emanate their enchantingly charm coming from 18th century. This is the reason why we take care of deeply cured and particular furnishings as we propose to your attention a genuine and authentic ancient cooking made of those formed flavours.

Our estate is situated inside a 14th century village overlooked by a wonderful patrician country-house that opens it's sight on the valley green hills vineyards and olives cultivated. A mild atmosphere will lead your stay in discovering the value of time in nature rhythm... You will run paths through woods and rows in the estate leading at the bottom of the valley where, on the lake banks, you will meet our pasturing cattle but also pheasants, buzzards and many others birds. With a little of luck and being very careful it's possible succeed in watching wild boars, hares, fallow deers and fawns running in freedom.

You will have the possibility to run our paths through the poplar groves rich of delicious truffles, you shall enjoy fishing in the lake or run to look for country ways where have unforgettable time in the rich natural landscape that surround our guests while they ride a mountain bike. Our cooks will take care of your exigencies in presenting and proposing you simple but careful courses handed down rural recipes in medieval or renaissance subject evening parties.

Fruits, market garden produce, pasta, pork product and meat we serve on our tables come directly from our farm hand and serious work.
