From Prato: (best motorway exit prato Est or Prato Ovest)
Follow signs to Poggio a Caiano.
Once you arrive in front of the beautiful Villa Medicea just carry on for the route SS66 direction Pistoia.
After 2 - 3 Km, at the cross - road for Montalbano, turn left for the centre of Seano.
Right in the square of Seano (where you can admire the church), follow the indications for Bacchereto and just after 2 km turn left in a white road passing through the vineyards, where you will find yellow marks indicating "Podere Le Poggiarelle".
