In the middle of the Maremma Toscana, in the old Etruscan kingdom, in a great archeological and naturalistic area, close to Talamone sea, became at least a reality one beautiful Residence, just build this year, composed by 32 apartments full of all comforts, modern and in different sizes.
The complex wills future a large swimming pool for the enjoyment of our guests. Our Managers will be happy to assist you in any way possible to make your holiday's stay the most pleasant possible.

Residence La Venecca is situated directly outside the village of Fonteblanda, approximately 5 km from the sea of Talamone Maremma Tuscany. The holiday village is composed of 32 holiday apartments of different size, subdivided over 4 new buildings, surrounded by a park with parking and a huge swimming pool. The apartments on the ground floor usually have a small outside space with table and chairs. Some of the accommodations on the upper floors have also in front of the entrance a small terrace.
