Villa la Castellaccia is a "Residenza d'epoca" dated back to 1614 always belong to Noble Family Aloigi Luzzi and her Progeny. La Castellaccia has retained all the architectural features of many eras: in fact the antique furnishings and décor reflect the centuries old style of the Villa, but it posesses conveniences for the discriminating guest, such as modern bathrooms hot water and central heating.
The Villa is situated on the gentle slopes of the Tiber valley at the border between Tuscany and Umbria.
An automatic wrought iron gate, builted in 1800, is opened by inside telephone to go out and by password on keeboard for enter. The gate is always closed for high privacy. Villa "La Castellaccia" is accessible only by guests and owners themselves. There is no common area between guests and owners.
